Debbie is an educator, author, and mental health advocate who has spent years supporting women as they navigate depression, anxiety, and life’s most overwhelming seasons. Through lived experience, education, and deep compassion, she helps women feel more equipped, confident, and supported—especially when life feels heavy.

Having lived with depression for many years herself, Debbie understands that mental health isn’t something you “fix” once and forget. It’s something you learn to support, strengthen, and grow—day by day. Her work focuses on helping women build sustainable habits, mindset strategies, and practical tools that make hard days easier to manage and good days more fulfilling.

I’m committed to ending the stigma surrounding mental health and creating space for honest, compassionate conversations about depression and anxiety. I believe mental health is health, and women deserve practical tools, education, and support that help them feel prepared, capable, and understood.

I do this work because I know how overwhelming and isolating mental health challenges can feel. Helping women understand their struggles, find strategies that truly work, and regain peace and confidence is what fuels my passion. No one should have to walk this journey alone.
